Riders are vital to the successful operations of the Grocery delivery business.

- Positive Attitude, Enthusiastic & pleasant personality and cheerful Smile.
Job Description:
- Focus on personal Hygiene.
- Have excellent knowledge of Food and grocery items.
- Get ready for hospitality through motor bike checks (Cleaning, Maintenance, Fuel, Tire, Helmet, Delivery Box etc.).
- Rider should accept Order on time which is assign by Operation Manager.
- During purchasing Rider should follow the Prices as per Application.
- If Rider found any price changing, He oblige to inform Customer Delivery Manager for approval.
- Once order purchase gets completed Rider ought to be confirm the order on App by pressing ORDER READY key.
- Ensure safe drive while in transit to deliver order. Do not forget measures.
- Ensure that order is complete and packed as per standards.
- Confirm the delivery order is complete and accurate.
- While reaching at customer door step park bike from door side and ring bell after verifying address (wait for customer arrival).
- If customer is not reaching till 02 minutes’ interval then ring bells again.
- If customer does not respond at any ring call him / her at mobile number.
- Do greet customer and introduce yourself when customer reach at door with smiling face.
- Repeat customer order while Delivering.
- Wait for receivable amount is return. Check and confirm bill and received amount.
- Say thanks to customer and wish for the Good Day.
- Rider are obligated to do not ask for Tip from customer.
- After delivering order directly return back to Outlet and clear Delivery Transaction.
- Do keep record of all food and grocery Delivered.
- In free time, Riders has to perform duty at assigned station (Smarty Franchise) and take part promotional activities.
- Perform any other duty assigned by Smarty Franchise Operation Manager or Marchant Relationship Manager.
- Rider are strict to used Smarty branded shopping bags while delivering.
- Rider has to follow The Rider manual.
