Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop Training & Development plat
  • Plan, coordinate & manage all administrative procedures & systems.
  • Organize, coordinate & supervise office activities in different branches of Karachi.
  • Coordinate trainings for staff to ensure that the staff have necessary skills to meet company objectives.
  • Responsible for development & implementation of Human Resources (HR) policies and procedures.
  • Advise the Company executives on organizational policy matters such as wages and equal employment opportunity.
  • Analyze job requirements and prepare job descriptions and specify roles and responsibilities for various positions.
  • Provide HR services in general, specifically recruitment activities, interview coordination, advertisements, training of employees.
  • Provide current & prospective employees with information about policies, working conditions, wages, & opportunities.
  • For promotion & employee benefits.

  • Bachelor’s degree
