Job Responsibilities:
- Develop Training & Development plat
- Plan, coordinate & manage all administrative procedures & systems.
- Organize, coordinate & supervise office activities in different branches of Karachi.
- Coordinate trainings for staff to ensure that the staff have necessary skills to meet company objectives.
- Responsible for development & implementation of Human Resources (HR) policies and procedures.
- Advise the Company executives on organizational policy matters such as wages and equal employment opportunity.
- Analyze job requirements and prepare job descriptions and specify roles and responsibilities for various positions.
- Provide HR services in general, specifically recruitment activities, interview coordination, advertisements, training of employees.
- Provide current & prospective employees with information about policies, working conditions, wages, & opportunities.
- For promotion & employee benefits.

Requirements:
